Our Process

At E and N Quails Pet Treats, we are passionate about bringing you simple, nutrient-rich, single-ingredient treats for your dogs. We partner with a trusted manufacturer that uses gentle freeze-drying to create healthy, shelf-stable treats without additives, fillers, or high-heat processing that can reduce nutritional value.

Premium Ingredients

We carefully select fresh, high-quality meats (and sometimes eggs or fruit). Only single-ingredient or very simple recipes are used nothing else is added.

Preparation

The fresh ingredients are trimmed and cut into treat-sized pieces. They remain raw, with no cooking or preservatives.

Freeze Drying

The prepared ingredients are frozen solid, then placed in a commercial freeze dryer. Under vacuum, the ice turns directly into vapor and is removed. This gentle process (which can take up to 24 hours) preserves the natural proteins, vitamins, flavors, and nutrients without using heat.

Finishing

Once fully dried into lightweight, crunchy treats, they are inspected for quality and packaged to maintain freshness at room temperature for months. We work closely with our manufacturing partner to ensure every batch meets our high standards for purity, safety, and nutrition the same care we would want for our own pets. The result is convenient, raw-style treats in a shelf-stable form that dogs love for training, rewards, or everyday snacking.
